See Game Day Apparel Requirements by division below. To order your game day apparel you must go to the Cyclones website cycloneshockey.net and click on “shop” at the top of the page and click on Game Day Apparel 2024-2025 JOG. This will bring you to the JOG ordering website. July 15, 2024, is the order deadline with JOG to receive your game day apparel (jersey, socks, shells and warm-ups) by the 2nd week of September. If you order after July 15, 2024, JOG CAN NOT guarantee your order will be in by the start of the season. Game Day Apparel Requirements ALL Cyclones MITE (excluding mite prep), SQUIRT, AND PEEWEE players are required to have Home and Away Game Jerseys, Home and Away Game Socks (optional for goalies), Shells (optional for mites and goalies), and warm-up jacket and warm-up jogger pants. MITE PREP: Info Coming Soon. Game day apparel will be included in registration. MITE PREP will not be required to purchase jerseys, socks, shells or warm-ups
ALL PLAYERS MUST COME SIZE FOR THESE ITEMS AT THE MANDATORY SIZING EVENTS.
If you cannot attend the event or you ordered the incorrect sizes, Cyclones are NOT responsible to replace your items with the proper size. Sizing charts can be found on the JOG GameDay Apparel ordering website. To access the website, see above. Player Numbers Due to limited availability, we’ll allow up to three number requests for NEW players ONLY. If we can honor one of your requested numbers we will, if not, we’ll pick the next available number at random. EVEN birth years have to pick an EVEN number and ODD birth years have to pick an ODD number. In most cases, returning players will retain their Fall 2023-2024 jersey number. This number WILL NOT change upon request either. Returning players may provide their permanent Cyclones number, but the Cyclones Amateur Hockey Association reserves the right to make final number determination based on our jersey numbering policy. https://www.cycloneshockey.net/general-policies Note: If you are new to Fall Cyclones hockey and do not have a number assigned to you when ordering game day or additional apparel on the JOG website please indicate ‘0’ as your number for now. The Cyclones apparel team will confirm the number with the vendor before the item is produced.
SIZING SESSIONS It is MANDATORY that players attend a sizing session so that the correct sizes for jerseys, shells, and warm-ups can be determined. Even if you’re not planning on ordering game day apparel, we need player sizes in our database to order practice jerseys. Players should bring their own shoulder pads and hockey pants to the sizing session. All jerseys come with the player’s last name and a number assigned by the Cyclones Apparel Committee. All warm-up Jackets, Pants, Shorts, and T-Shirts come with ONLY the player’s jersey number. There will be no refunds on any personalized items UNLESS your player does NOT make a Cyclones team. You can find the dates to our upcoming sizing events on our website page under programs and calendar. The FINAL Sizing session will be held on Tuesday, July 9th and Thursday, July 11th at Fox Valley Ice Arena from 5:00pm-8:30pm.
Please note: Attending one of the sizing dates does NOT mean that you are registered for fall or that your jersey/shell/warm-up order has been placed.
Jerseys/Socks/Shells, warm-ups and polos are ordered by YOU through a different online shop.
You can find the JOG game day apparel website by going to our website cycloneshockey.net page under “shop” and click on Game Day Apparel 2024-2025 JOG.
Additional apparel items are also available online with JOG. This is the same website as the game day apparel above. You can also find the link on our website cycloneshockey.net page under “shop” and Game Day Apparel 2024-2025 JOG.
