Sergei Vahmistrovs

Director of Mites, Squirts & Peewees

Sergei is originally from Riga, Latvia where he grew up playing youth hockey eventually becoming a member of both the Junior and Senior Latvian National Teams. During that time, Sergei participated in multiple IIHF World Championship Tournaments winning both Bronze and Gold Medals. Sergei has played at the Junior, Collegiate, and Minor Pro levels in North America.

Sergei has coached youth hockey at the AAA, CSDHL, and AA levels for the last 13 years. Sergei has served as the FVIA Director of Hockey for the Jr. Cyclones and Adult League programs as well as a Hockey Director with the Leafs Hockey Club.
